Products

Tuuls sells digital software products. No physical goods are shipped.

Purchase and contract

Checkout is handled by Polar (Merchant of Record). The contract is formed when Polar confirms your payment. Input errors can be corrected during checkout before payment.

Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own purposes. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the product or licence key is not permitted.

Access

Your licence key and downloads are available in your account dashboard at any time. Your account is the permanent record of your purchase — keep your email accessible.

Refunds

Swiss law does not grant a mandatory withdrawal right for digital products once delivery has begun (licence key issued or file downloaded). By completing your purchase you acknowledge this.

We refund if:

• The product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it.
• Duplicate charge for the same order.
• Request within 72 hours of purchase.

Email [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via Polar. Access is revoked on refund.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Bern, Switzerland.
